Security System Capabilities:

Upon sensor detection or digital image motion detection to turn on LCD video display and switch to the camera for the area detected.

Notification that intrusion was previously detected and recorded

Ability to playback digitally recorded motion images of intrusion areas.

For detail analysis of faces and license plates etc to be able to zoom sections of prerecorded image

Recorded areas selectively omitted. i.e. while home have gate recorded, while gone have all recorded.

Notification by pager of zone detection i.e. page with 111 - 222 or 333

External device and or sound file to play upon detection in selected areas

Outside loudspeaker alerts to zone intrustion

Gate camera should be able to be high resolution color day and low lux BW at night with zoom ability (license plate & faces)

Remote access of images realtime & stored over telephone line switched in through remote x10 control

Remote control of computer/DVR unit so that unit could be secured from theft which would eliminate recorded evidence

Pocket handheld LCD transciever which could send alert and transmit images and be able to switch cameras

Intercom at front gate which can also serve has a sensitive audio monitor

If system is a computer base use a low wattage board to support PCI camera board - audio - modem - video i.e. 60 watts max
